"Last month John Bandy helped us with two properties. One personal and one rental. He provided details and explanations in understandable wording, along with terms and conditions. Not all insurance companies are equal in their services and coverage. We felt that he had OUR best interest in mind. Another thing, I appreciate that about State Farm Insurance is they do not charge an “Extra fee” for Processing payments, no matter if it’s monthly, every six months or a yearly payment. Our former insurance company charged an “processing fee” for every payment regardless. This small detail always Irritated me. When you’re in a business, you shouldn’t charge people just for taking their money. Today 3 weeks after setting up insurance with State Farm. Mike went the extra mile to credited me back for a mistake that I had made. That’s not something I expected but greatly appreciated. On a final thought: Give State Farm a call, they have your back.
